LUNCH! Week Seven.

Monday-  Penne with white beans, greens, sausage (or not), smoked tomato

Tuesday-  Tamarind-Glazed Ribs, noodle salad, collards with ginger (can substitute tamarind-marinated tofu)

Wednesday-  Grilled Chicken (or portabella mushroom) Sandwich- havarti, spinach, truffle crema, kaiser bun, potato & apple salad

Thursday-  Smokey Burgers, elote  (veggie burger available with notice)

Friday-  Falafel, marinated veggies
